Local setup and repair price list.
If you are looking for local setup or repair work, this is the plain price list. Assessments and quotes are free. Parts, strings, and tax are extra unless I say otherwise.
Setup options
Some people want me to do the setup. Some want to sit at the bench and learn it.
Both are legitimate. The right choice depends on whether you want the guitar back working, want to learn the setup, or need both.
Standard Setup
A full setup for instruments that are otherwise in good shape, including restringing, stretching, tuning, and a full playability check.
$130 plus strings and tax
Labor Rate
If the work falls outside the standard setup path, I bill bench time directly.
$130 / hour with a $65 minimum bench fee

These rates assume the instrument is structurally sound enough for the requested work. If it needs something outside the list, I quote that directly.
